The orphans' summer programme in brief
An additional summer programme is now to be set up so that the orphans do not remain without care, leisure activities and support during the summer.
With your donation you make it possible:
- Daily leisure and educational programmes during the summer months
- Joint activities, education and sports programmes
- A safe environment in which the children continue to be cared for and supported
Any support not only gives these children fond memories, but also a sense of security and hope.

The school is located in the district of Al-Atareb (western outskirts of Aleppo) and is an educational and humanitarian project that was founded in 2015 to support orphans, especially children whose both parents or one parent have been killed by the Assad regime's attacks on the civilian population since 2011. The aim of this project is to create a supportive environment. The school offers comprehensive educational, social and health care.
Depending on funding, transport, school materials and daily meals are provided. Around 400 orphans are currently being looked after by around 50 dedicated professionals in close cooperation with the Aleppo Education Directorate
